Can Rocks Smile…

I encountered this cheery rock on my morning walk with my little buddy, Butterfinger. It put a smile on my face & it inspired me to reach out to others in whatever fashion/media that I might find available. In other words, I encourage you to make time for & never regret doing anything that might put a smile on someone’s face- even if it’s just your own.

Reap what you sow…

Currently the pastor at the Park City Community Church is doing a sermon series on the The Peace Prayer which is attributed to St. Francis of Assisi. This past week the message centered on “where there is hatred, let me sow love…” To reap is “to gather a crop” and to sow, “to plant seeds.” Often sowing is used as a metaphor for one’s actions and reaping for the results of those actions. in other words. it reflects how life is made up of choices and consequences.

What lies ahead on your “Joy”ney?

…be open to all your “joy”ney holds. The universe is abundant- partake of the banquet of life & experience “la dulce vita.” The bottom line is, it’s our choice how we live our lives. Every day we have the opportunity to live fully. How we greet, meet, & complete each day is our choosing. As Thoreau advised, “live deliberately.” I like to think the ”liberate” is a reminder that I’m free to be me.
