I like the way Winston Churchill so succinctly stated: “We make a living by what we get. We make a life by what we give.” A bonus is that happiness is a byproduct of a generous life. In other words, when giving one can expect a “helper’s high” thanks to the endorphins that are generated.

…be open to all your “joy”ney holds. The universe is abundant- partake of the banquet of life & experience “la dulce vita.” The bottom line is, it’s our choice how we live our lives. Every day we have the opportunity to live fully. How we greet, meet, & complete each day is our choosing. As Thoreau advised, “live deliberately.” I like to think the ”liberate” is a reminder that I’m free to be me.
